  • 绍酒一汤匙

  • 1.咖喱鸡食材。
  • 2.大喜大咖喱。
  • 3.鸡肉剁成小块洗净血水后用绍酒和洋葱和姜和少许盐腌制20-30分钟。
  • 4.土豆和胡萝卜切成滚刀块洗净在做的时候捞出。
  • 5.洋葱切成小块,葱蒜切片,姜切丝备用。
  • 6.炒锅热锅凉油6成热放入腌好的鸡肉翻炒。
  • 7.炒至没有多余水分时候放入葱姜蒜炒香,放入葱头片翻炒,在放入少许绍酒和生抽翻炒。
  • 8.放入土豆和胡萝卜翻炒。
  • 9.反复翻炒均匀。
  • 10.放入没过菜的热水烧开后转中小火焖。
  • 11.焖至汤剩下一半放入咖喱和盐稍微焖一下收汤即可。
  • 12.做好的咖喱出锅装盘,鸡配合米饭吃超级下饭哦。
