  • 1.花甲焯水至开口。
  • 2.逐一冲洗干净。
  • 3.花甲冲洗干净沥干水,豆豉洗净,姜蒜剁碎,葱切段。
  • 4.锅烧干,倒油,倒入姜蒜豆豉爆香。
  • 5.倒入花甲炒匀。可以放一点点水,不然太干无汁。
  • 6.放入葱段,翻炒。
  • 7.加酱油,炒匀。
  • 8.上碟,一定要趁热吃!
