鲫鱼豆腐汤
好长时间没弄鱼了,鲫鱼豆腐汤也有好久没做了,以前做也是在老婆做月子的时候做过,后来奶也够了就没再做了。

Steps to make 鲫鱼豆腐汤

  • 1.鲫鱼一条,一般买的时候商家就都给收拾好了,回到家里只需要再洗一洗就好了。豆腐有很多地方是按斤卖的,我们这是一块多少钱的,做汤只要用半块就可以了。
  • 2.配料也不用很多,只需要用家常的几样就可以了。如果不齐也可以的。
  • 3.将鱼身两面用刀划上几下,将锅倒入底油烧开,将鱼放入锅中两面略煎,这样是为了做汤的时候鱼容易成形的。
  • 4.将煎好的鱼放入汤锅中,葱,姜,花椒,大料同时也放入,再倒入开水,电磁炉用中文炖制。
  • 5.看到锅中的鱼汤变成奶白色的时候将切成小块的豆腐倒入锅中继续炖制。
  • 6.炖到汤锅中的豆腐已经漂起来,并且有些圆润了就可以放适量盐,鸡精调味了,再炖1~2分钟就可以出锅了。
  • 7.这就是做好的鲫鱼豆腐汤,很清淡鲜美呀!!最适合做月子的妈妈们喝啦!!!
