咩咩羊面包
用直接发酵法做了这款咩咩羊面包,为了迎合羊年洋洋得意,三阳开泰的寓意,俺家小主可喜欢的,不舍得吃了。

  • 高筋粉300克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶200克
  • 黄油20克
  • 白糖20克
  • 食盐2克
  • 发酵粉4克
  • 食用色素粉红、棕色

Steps to make 咩咩羊面包

  • 1.将牛奶、鸡蛋、食盐、高粉、白糖、发酵粉依次放入面包机内搅拌,执行2次揉面程序;
  • 2.再放入黄油再揉面;
  • 3.将揉好的面团放在干净的容器里,室温下发酵;
  • 4.面团发至两倍大,在面团中间扎个洞排气,面团发酵完成;
  • 5.将面团分成每个75克的小面团,松弛20分钟;
  • 6.取一个小面团,擀成椭圆形后,左右两面向中间卷起;
  • 7.在卷起的面卷中间切一刀,切至2/3处;
  • 8.将面卷翻过来,将两侧的面卷卷起成羊角形状,用叉子在羊角上扎上少许的孔;
  • 9.放入烤盘,包上保鲜膜进行二次发酵,室温下1个小时;
  • 10.二次发酵完成后,刷上蛋液;
  • 11.入提前预热烤箱中,下二层;
  • 12.上管160度、下管150度,烤制25分钟;
  • 13.烤好后,晾凉后用粉色、棕色色素进行装饰。
