香蟹豆腐汤
今天菜场买到了一些小枪蟹,想想还是烧汤吧,这款香蟹豆腐汤也是我家常做的汤菜,非常鲜香美味,拌个饭啥的特香。

    Steps to make 香蟹豆腐汤

    • 1.枪蟹洗净打开盖子去鳃冼净,对半切开
    • 2.豆腐盒剪一角吹口气,打开切成细长条
    • 3.起油锅姜葱蒜爆香,倒入枪蟹翻炒至变色
    • 4.加几勺料酒,调入盐,加水
    • 5.烧开后加入豆腐
    • 6.稍煮一会儿,加鸡精、胡椒粉,最后撒点香菜即可。
