或许,用那个小一点的土司盒会好一点?不过,它好像又小了一点。土司盒子大了些,不用长满九分,有个六七分应该也就差不多了。不过,烤的时候就有点叫人抓耳挠腮了。面包不会长满模,查看成色就有点费劲。踮脚探头,再把烤箱门拉开一丝缝隙,总算是看到一线金黄。估摸着差不多了,加盖继续烘烤。时间到,出炉。颜色还是深了点,不过还能凑合。
可知,管中窥豹,只见一斑啊。。。。

  • 细砂糖30克

  • 90克
  • 干酵母3克
  • 黄油15克
  • 蔓越莓干35克
  • 切达奶酪1/2片
  • 鲜奶35克
  • 高筋粉10克

  • 1.汤种料
  • 2.将奶酪撕碎,加入牛奶中,
  • 3.小火加热,搅拌至奶酪溶化
  • 4.倒入面粉
  • 5.搅拌成团状,离火,晾凉
  • 6.封上保鲜膜,冷藏60分钟后备用
  • 7.面团料
  • 8.将汤种及除黄油,果干外的面团料倒入面包桶
  • 9.和面程序搅拌13分钟,成均匀面团
  • 10.加入黄油,和程序搅拌30分钟
  • 11.成能拉出薄膜的面团
  • 12.加入切碎的蔓越莓
  • 13.揉匀,放入碗中,进行基础发酵
  • 14.面团长大
  • 15.排气,分割成3等分,滚圆,松弛15分钟
  • 16.擀成长30厘米的椭圆形
  • 17.卷成长条
  • 18.将一端交叠
  • 19.编成辫子,放入土司盒中,进行最后发酵
  • 20.面团长至六七分满,表面刷蛋液
  • 21.撒满松酥粒
  • 22.放入烤箱,中下层,上下火180度,烤约30分钟
  • 23.出炉
  • 24.立即脱模,晾凉后食用。
