香菇烧鲍鱼

  • 香菇10朵
  • 西兰花半个
  • 生抽2勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 胡椒粉一小勺
  • 料酒一勺

Steps to make 香菇烧鲍鱼

  • 1.将鲍鱼肉从壳中挖出,去掉内脏。
  • 2.将鲍鱼表面切花刀,加入胡椒粉和料酒腌制20分钟。
  • 3.西兰花用盐水浸泡后洗净掰成小朵。
  • 4.香菇洗净切块。
  • 5.锅内烧开水,将香菇焯水。
  • 6.西兰花放入锅中焯水。(可在水中放一点盐,可以让西兰花保持颜色翠绿)
  • 7.将焯好的西兰花过凉开水。
  • 8.将西兰花在盘中围成一圈。
  • 9.锅内烧开水,将鲍鱼放入锅中焯烫几秒,卷曲后捞出。
  • 10.葱姜蒜切末。
  • 11.锅内放油烧至6成热,放入葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 12.放入香菇翻炒几下。
  • 13.倒入鲍鱼翻炒均匀。
  • 14.加入适量开水,没过鲍鱼即可。
  • 15.加入生抽、蚝油翻炒均匀。
  • 16.继续烧至鲍鱼熟,加入适量盐调味。
  • 17.加入水淀粉勾芡,使汤汁浓稠后装盘,放在西兰花中间。
