糯米藕
藕含有淀粉、蛋白质、天门冬素、维生素C以及氧化酶成分,含糖量也很高,生吃鲜藕能清热解烦,解渴止呕;如将鲜藕压榨取汁,其功效更甚,煮熟的藕性味甘温,能健脾开胃,益血补心,故主补五脏,有消食、止渴、生肌的功效。

Steps to make 糯米藕

  • 1.莲藕、糯米、冰糖、红糖、牙签。
  • 2.糯米洗净浸泡2小时.
  • 3.莲藕去皮.
  • 4.莲藕从一头切开两三厘米的帽子.
  • 5.糯米灌入莲藕,灌一点用筷子捅一下,使糯米能够充分的填满藕的孔隙。
  • 6.把莲藕帽子盖上,用牙签封口固定
  • 7.锅内放入灌好的糯米藕,红糖、冰糖、加入适量水,没过莲藕即可.
  • 8.我用的是电压力锅,煮40分钟,保温了半小时,晾凉后切片或切块,吃的时候倒上浇上汤汁或糖浆即可食用.
  • 9.甜甜糯糯的糯米藕.
