酸甜可口—蒜香糖醋里脊
糖醋里脊—色泽红亮、酸酸甜甜、外酥里嫩,非常的开胃,是大人小孩都很爱吃的一个家常菜。

  • 食盐1/2茶勺
  • 料酒半汤勺

Steps to make 酸甜可口—蒜香糖醋里脊

  • 1.里脊肉洗净,切成小块的长条。
  • 2.放入碗中,加入少许盐、胡椒粉、料酒,抓匀腌制半小时入味。
  • 3.鸡蛋磕入碗中,加入适量清水搅拌均匀后,再加入面粉,搅拌成较浓绸的面糊。
  • 4.把面糊倒入里脊肉里,稍做搅拌,使其均匀的裹上一层面糊。
  • 5.锅中热油,待油5成热时,关小火,一根根的下入肉条。
  • 6.待肉条表面微黄,浮出油面时,即可捞出。
  • 7.把油重新加温至八成热时,倒入初炸好的里脊肉,复炸一遍。
  • 8.炸至表面金黄时,捞出控油。
  • 9.把番茄酱倒入碗中,加入2汤勺醋,2汤勺白糖,搅拌均匀。再准备一碗水淀粉。
  • 10.锅肿油全部倒出,剩底油,小火炒香蒜茸。
  • 11.倒入调好的番茄酱,炒至出香味,再调入少许水淀粉,煮开。
  • 12.倒入炸好的里脊肉翻拌均匀,出锅后撒上熟的白芝麻即可。
