  • 1.鸡腿洗净沥干水分
  • 2.准备焗鸡粉和姜黄粉

  • 5.放入保鲜袋扎起来放入冰箱冷藏一夜
  • 6.第二天拿出凉干表面水份
  • 7.高压锅刷一层油,铺上洋葱丝
  • 8.码入鸡腿
  • 9.加热15分钟后取出
  • 10.凉一下切块
  • 11.软烂入味
