夹心大排卷
这款夹心大排已经做了很久了,也是我第一次做,是当时收到美天的千岛酱试用品时候做的,只是当时家里有事情,做了没有及时发,滞后到今日。虽然是第一次尝试这个搭配,但是非常的美味,我又稍微装饰了一下,感觉用来宴客绝对也是不错的一道菜,所以不经意的搭配也是出人意料的美味。

Steps to make 夹心大排卷

  • 1. 黄瓜、配菜和千岛酱。
  • 2.大排和配菜。
  • 3.面包渣和鸡蛋。
  • 4.大排用刀背砸松。
  • 5.在两面撒上胡椒粉。
  • 6.撒上少许盐滴上花雕酒和姜丝水抓匀后放上葱头丝腌制1小时左右。
  • 7.配料丁入开水焯熟过冰水控干多余水分捞出备用。
  • 8.腌制好的大排去掉葱头丝。大排撒上一层干粉。
  • 9.然后把配菜拌上千岛酱拌匀。
  • 10.把拌匀的沙拉菜放在大排中间。
  • 11.卷成卷,边上抹上蛋清沾牢。
  • 12.鸡肉卷为了好炸切成两半。
  • 13.沾上鸡蛋液。
  • 14.沾上面包渣。
  • 15.沾好面包渣的鸡肉卷静置2分钟左右。
  • 16.锅内油温5成热放入鸡肉卷炸。
  • 17.小火炸至定型后,捞出后换中火复炸一下熟了即可。
  • 18.炸好的鸡肉卷放入盘中稍微控一下油。可以用厨房纸去掉一些油脂。
  • 19.切成两半装盘,上面淋上少许番茄酱,把剩下的蔬菜沙拉放入盘中装饰一下即可。
