Steps to make 糖醋里脊

  • 1.里脊肉切粗条,放入蛋清、盐、料酒。
  • 2.放入玉米淀粉、抓匀。

  • 4.里脊肉放入油锅炸至金黄。
  • 5.炒锅倒少许油,小火加热,倒入碗汁。
  • 6.汤汁煮至粘稠后放入炸好的里脊。
  • 7.倒入芝麻。
  • 8.翻炒均匀即可关火。
