  • 1.银耳用冷水浸泡。
  • 2.桂圆干洗干净用冷水浸泡。
  • 3.马蹄洗干净。
  • 4.浸泡后的桂圆干连同浸泡桂圆干的水倒入电饭煲。
  • 5.浸泡后的银耳撕成小朵入电饭煲。
  • 6.电饭煲里加适量水,盖上盖子,通电煲。
  • 7.马蹄去皮。
  • 8.30分钟后,将切成块的马蹄入电饭煲同煲。
  • 9.10分钟后,加冰糖后继续煲。
  • 10.莲藕粉加适量水调成糊。
  • 11.莲藕糊入电饭煲搅拌。
  • 12.食材熟,羹稠即可断电盛出享用。
