Steps to make 茭白红烧肉

  • 1.准备食材,五花肉,茭白,八角,葱姜。
  • 2.五花肉洗干净切成块。
  • 3.冷水下锅焯水去除血沫。
  • 4.茭白洗干净切滚刀块。
  • 5.锅烧热,不用放油,下入五花肉煸炒至表面微焦出肥油。
  • 6.用底油里加入冰糖炒至融化,炒出糖色。
  • 7.倒入五花肉翻炒上色。
  • 8.加入茭白,翻炒均匀。
  • 9.加入2勺生抽,一勺料酒。
  • 10.加入2勺红烧酱油。
  • 11.加入适量的水,大火煮开,转小火炖30分钟。
  • 12.炖至期间,加入适量的盐调味。
  • 13.最后炖至汤汁收干即可出锅。
  • 14.盛入盘中,撒上葱花即可,天气转凉,就应该大口吃肉,肥而不腻,超级好吃!
