Steps to make 简单美味的口水鸡

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.鸡腿用牙签扎小孔,冷水下锅,加干辣椒、生姜、盐、小葱、花椒、八角、桂皮,香叶、味达美臻品料酒,想要颜色好看,可以加黄栀子2个。
  • 3.鸡腿中火煮15分钟,焖15分钟,放入冰水中浸泡30分钟。煮鸡腿的水不要倒掉。
  • 4.大蒜剁碎,小葱切粒,辣椒面、白芝麻、葱伴侣6月香豆瓣酱,一起放碗里,浇入6勺热油,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.黄瓜切丝,也可用刨丝刀刨丝。
  • 6.鸡腿冰镇好,剁成块,铺在黄瓜上面。
  • 7.青椒2个,小米辣5个都切小段,铺在鸡腿上面。另取小碗,倒入味达美臻品耗油2勺,味达美清香米醋1勺。
  • 8.六月鲜红烧酱油1中勺。
  • 9.六月鲜柠檬蒸鱼酱油2勺。
  • 10.黄飞红麻辣花生2勺,并加入煮鸡腿的水100毫升,白糖1中勺,搅拌均匀后,倒入鸡腿中。
  • 11.最后撒上香菜段。黄飞红小虾麻辣花生来一碟,搭配水果,美味不用等!
