  • 韩国辣酱少许
  • 韩国大酱少许

Steps to make 韩式酱汤

  • 1.蘑菇洗干净放在盆里备用
  • 2.茼蒿洗干净切成三段放在盆里备用
  • 3.土豆削皮切片备用
  • 4.虾洗干净放在盆里备用
  • 5.锅中放淘米水
  • 6.淘米水中加入大酱和辣酱(根据个人口味添加,如果爱吃辣,辣酱可以比大酱多一点)
  • 7.加入后,小火熬制,让酱料充分融化,注意慢慢搅动
  • 8.酱料融化水开后,依次加入蘑菇,豆腐,土豆,茼蒿
  • 9.最后加入虾,可以根据个人口味加少许盐,关火
