双味脆嫩炸虾排
想吃酥香的美味但又不想摄入太多的油脂,空气炸锅可就派上用场了,瞧咱这金灿灿的无油炸虾排,咬一口扑嗦嗦,好吃解馋无负担。

虾直接白水煮最省事,但老是一种吃法难免厌烦了。多花一点儿时间做成虾排,无油烤一烤甭提多好吃了。

10只虾鼓捣鼓捣,蘸着番茄沙司,或者蘸着沙拉酱,别具风味。

Steps to make 双味脆嫩炸虾排

  • 1.大虾清洗干净。
  • 2.去头去壳,尾巴留着。
  • 3.虾头中的虾脑和内脏等物挤掉不要。
  • 4.这是挤干净的脑头,备用。
  • 5.用利刀将虾背划开,挑去上下两条虾线,虾肉摊平。
  • 6.用刀背轻轻拍打虾肉,使虾肉变得薄一些;重口味的可在此步撒一点儿盐和黑胡椒粉调味。
  • 7.准备两个小盘,一盘盛放打散的鸡蛋液,一盘放金黄面包糠;虾肉先蘸满蛋液,再裹满面包糠,这就是虾排生坯。
  • 8.虾排生坯码放在空气炸锅的炸篮里,数量根据炸篮的大小调整;如果用普通烤箱也是可以的,虾排平铺在烤盘或者烤网上;不喷油,直接烤,180度,烤5分钟即可出炉。
  • 9.虾头蘸蛋液、裹面包糠。
  • 10.码放在炸篮里;虾头的湿度和厚度都比虾排大,同烤的虾排取出后再继续加热2分钟,虾头又酥又香。
  • 11.如第6步调了味,可直接食用;如果原味烤,可蘸番茄沙司,酸酸甜甜、开胃促食欲。
  • 12.也可以蘸食喜欢的沙拉酱食用,更具风味。
