蚝油青椒牛柳
青椒口感脆嫩,含有丰富维生素C和胡萝卜素,具有促进消化,加快脂肪代谢等功效。青椒有自然的清香味和微微的辣味,所以一般我们就把它用于蔬菜的调味作用,可以搭配一些食材烹饪出不同美味的菜式,可荤可素。蚝油青椒牛柳是一道快速烹饪的菜式,牛肉一定先要上浆腌制,这样的牛肉不仅入味而且口感也变得滑嫩鲜美。腌制的时候我加了一些蚝油,让蚝油的鲜甜和牛肉融合一起后使得牛肉更鲜嫩美味,很下饭的哦。

  • 25毫升
  • 料酒15毫升
  • 2克
  • 白胡椒粉少许
  • 蚝油20毫升

Steps to make 蚝油青椒牛柳

  • 1.青椒去籽洗净后切成条状,牛肉泡清血水后切成条
  • 2.牛柳里加入盐,料酒,白胡椒粉,蚝油拌上劲后静置1小时
  • 3.热锅倒油
  • 4.热油倒入牛柳爆至变色后捞起
  • 5.再把青椒倒入煸炒至变色加入盐
  • 6.再把牛柳回锅煸炒至青椒断生
  • 7.倒入蚝油煸炒均匀后熄火出锅
  • 8.上桌
