油焖茄子
每次去饭店必点茄子煲的童鞋有木有,这次是晚上做了拍照的,光线太暗了,凑合着看看哈

    Steps to make 油焖茄子

    • 1.准备材料:茄子几根,红椒,葱姜蒜
    • 2.茄子洗净擦干水,防止下锅溅油,锅内置适量油,下茄子盖锅盖焖,焖的途中翻面防止焖糊
    • 3.焖茄子的时间准备好葱段(我用大葱白),蒜片,姜片,辣椒切菱形片
    • 4.茄子焖至筷子能轻易插烂捞出沥油
    • 5.切大段,再一剖为二
    • 6.锅内留少许油,下葱段,姜蒜爆香
    • 7.再加一勺豆瓣酱炒出红油
    • 8.下茄子翻炒,加入适量盐,生抽,白糖炒匀
    • 9.再下辣椒翻炒断生,加适量鸡精,胡椒粉调味,再撒上小葱段或者末即可
    • 10.装盘了
    • 11.晚上太暗了,不好看
    • 12.凑合看看吧,哈哈
