  • 1.首先准备好全部的食材。
  • 2.除黄油外全部面团材料放入厨师机,一点点提速搅打10来分钟,再加入室温软化好的黄油,再次搅打10来分钟。
  • 3.把面团收拢光滑放入发酵盒,发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.面团发酵好后拿出排气,均分成10等份,收拢光滑后松弛5分钟。
  • 5.包入蜜红豆,收口。
  • 6.全部包好后放入发酵盒,再次发酵半小时。
  • 7.预热华夫饼机,放入面团,轻轻压扁。
  • 8.放入华夫饼机,中高火烤制4-5分钟。
  • 9.烤制过程中可以打开观察颜色,也可中途调整下方向让受热更均匀。
  • 10.根据不同的火力,成品的颜色也略有差异,这个主要看个人喜好喽。
