#烤箱美食# 大小伙最爱吃叉烧肉,以前不会做时只能偶尔买些回来解馋,含大量淀粉不说、还有多种添加剂和色素,哎,现在想想都无奈了~~~
可自打咱学会做叉烧后,那小子就幸福多了,家里除常备叉烧酱外,有时也会自调酱汁来腌制,反正是想吃了就立马行动。
平时烤叉烧肉多,想到他爱喝纯排骨汤,趁着他这次休假回来、所以想试试叉烧排骨。头晚先将排骨炖半熟后取出凉透、再用叉烧酱腌制入冰箱过夜;第二天算好他到家时间,再进烤箱烘烤;这样小伙子一进家门,既能吃到他大爱的叉烧排骨,又能喝到他喜欢浓纯排骨汤,哈哈:是不是一举两得了~~

  • 叉烧酱65克
  • 食盐2小勺
  • 白芝麻少许

Steps to make 叉烧排骨

  • 1. 备好排骨和叉烧酱
  • 2.新鲜肋排冷水入锅、煮开焯水后再洗净
  • 3.加葱、姜和适量清水重新入锅、加盖大火
  • 4.煮开后滴少许料酒、食盐,转小火煮至5~8分钟左右关火
  • 5. 拣出排骨晾凉、调入叉烧酱
  • 6.抓捏均匀后放进食品袋、入冰箱腌制一夜
  • 7.烤盘铺好锡纸放上排骨、刷层腌酱汁
  • 8.用锡纸包好,送入预热好的烤箱中层:200度、上下火、烤25分钟左右
  • 9.烘烤10分钟后取出烤盘
  • 10.将排骨翻面后再刷腌酱汁、包好继续烤10分钟
  • 11.再取出:两面刷上蜂蜜水、撒少许白芝麻、敞开锡纸继续
  • 12.直至结束
  • 13.取出烤盘
  • 14.咸甜中带着嚼劲,非常好吃
