熔岩巧克力蛋糕

  • 黄油125克
  • 白砂糖100克
  • 朗姆酒1大勺

Steps to make 熔岩巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.准备好原料并称好重量;
  • 2.把黄油切成小块,和黑巧克力一起放入大碗中,隔水加热并不断搅拌至完全融化,然后冷却至35度左右备用;
  • 3.把鸡蛋和蛋黄打入另一个碗中,加入细砂糖并用电动打蛋器打发至稍有浓稠的感觉即可;
  • 4.把打好的鸡蛋倒入黑巧克力与黄油的混合物中;
  • 5.再加入一大勺朗姆酒;
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀;
  • 7.拌好的巧克力面糊盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏半个小时;
  • 8.冷藏好的面糊,倒入模具,7分满;
  • 9.放入预热好215度的烤箱中层,烤焙10分钟。
  • 10.取出烤好的蛋糕,放凉两分钟,倒出趁热食用!
