Steps to make 珍珠豆腐圆子

  • 1.老豆腐切成片,沥干水分。
  • 2.糯米用冷水泡6小时。
  • 3.肉馅,豆腐,荸荠粒少许(俗称马蹄),鸡蛋,生姜末,盐,胡椒(豆腐要比肉馅多一点)一次性把味道调好。
  • 4.把肉馅豆腐搅拌均匀。
  • 5.把馅做成圆子放到泡好的糯米里打滚,在手里稍微掂一掂,让糯米沾牢固。(我一个人,没法拍照)
  • 6.把豆腐圆子放进蒸锅里(圆子下面垫的是南瓜)大火蒸15分钟。
  • 7.蒸好的珍珠豆腐圆子装盘。
  • 8.好吃又不腻的珍珠豆腐圆子。
  • 9.过年过节餐桌上的一道菜,营养又美味,老少皆宜。
