日式照烧鸡腿饭
自己一个人周末时有时真不知道吃什么好,随便点嘛我又吃不下,还是花点小心思做个轻松快手餐会吃得香点!

  • 青瓜一小段
  • 料酒3汤匙
  • 五香粉1小匙
  • 蜂蜜1汤匙
  • 味极鲜1汤匙

Steps to make 日式照烧鸡腿饭

  • 1.将鸡腿肉取出,用刀拍一下,在鸡腿肉上轻轻划几下,防止回缩
  • 2.将1汤匙料酒,少许盐,五香粉与鸡腿肉一起拌匀腌制
  • 3.酱油,蜂蜜,料酒,鸡粉调制成一碗酱汁备用
  • 4.电饼铛加少许油热锅
  • 5.将鸡腿肉摆入电饼铛中间,上下盘煎制
  • 6.中间将鸡腿肉翻面一次,继续煎至金黄色
  • 7.在鸡腿肉煎的过程中,将配料胡萝卜和青瓜切片,取一容器加入清水,少许盐和油,将胡萝卜灼水一下,捞起控干水份备用
  • 8.这时鸡腿肉应该煎得差不多了,把调制好的汤料加入,中间要时不时的搅动一下
  • 9.烧至稍微收汁,出锅切小块装盘,将配料摆入盘中,撒上些许香草,淋上锅中哂剩余的烧汁即可
  • 10.把米饭装进造型容器倒扣在盘中,就成一道美味快捷的照烧鸡腿饭啦!
