Steps to make 卤猪肘

  • 1.准备的食材如上,猪肘提前焯洗干净。
  • 2.把事先焯洗干净的猪肘放入电压力锅。
  • 3.放入料酒。
  • 4.加入香叶,桂皮和八角等香料。
  • 5.接着放入姜片。
  • 6.倒入六月鲜轻12克轻盐蜂蜜红烧酱油。
  • 7.最后倒入1碗水,和猪肘齐平为好。
  • 8.盖上压力锅,打开蹄筋模式即可。
  • 9.时间到,把卤好的猪肘取出来,放在盘中,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏2小时左右。
  • 10.把冷藏过的猪肘切成块状和片状,放上薄荷叶装饰一下更好看。
