  • 1.紫薯上屉蒸熟去皮,精准称量,同时备好其他所需食材;
  • 2.黄油与糖粉混合,搅打均匀;加入蛋黄液,搅打至顺滑状态;
  • 3.紫薯过筛成泥状,与搅打好的混合物混合搅打均匀;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀拌合成面团;
  • 5.将面团擀成约0.3cm厚,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右;
  • 6.取出面团后,将边缘裁切整齐,切成均等大小的长条,中间横切一刀,但不要切断,用叉子均匀的叉上小孔;
  • 7.整齐码放在烤盘上,烤箱预热,温度175度,时间8-10分钟即可。
