南瓜黑芝麻汤圆
家里买了包糯米粉,一直没怎么吃,想想搓个汤圆吧,周末早晨还能当当早餐。
用南瓜做汤圆皮,一来健康,二来确实养眼,金黄金黄的颜色,忍不住要多吃一个。

Steps to make 南瓜黑芝麻汤圆

  • 1.食材准备好。
  • 2.南瓜去皮去瓜瓤,洗净切片放蒸锅上蒸熟。
  • 3.将蒸好的南瓜捣成泥。
  • 4.加入糯米粉,趁热搅拌均匀。
  • 5.、刚弄好的南瓜泥比较烫,所以可以趁这个时间做馅,蒸南瓜的时候也可以做馅。将两勺糯米粉放入微波炉中高火加热一分钟,再放入熟芝麻粉中搅拌均匀。(熟芝麻粉是在市场上买的现成的,如果不放心,自己在家里用搅拌机打磨也可以。)
  • 6.加入适量橄榄油,几大勺蜂蜜,继续搅拌均匀(油和蜂蜜的量,自己把握,只要芝麻粉能成团就好)
  • 7.如果芝麻粉太干,可以继续加蜂蜜或者橄榄油,直到芝麻馅成团。
  • 8.将搅拌均匀的南瓜糯米团再加入适量糯米粉,继续揉捏,如果粘手则继续加糯米粉,直至揉捏成不粘手的面团。
  • 9.取一团面团,搓成长条,切成大小相等的小剂子。
  • 10.将小剂子揉圆捏瘪,包入芝麻馅(皮不能捏得太薄,容易破,馅也不要包得太多)
  • 11.将面包收口,搓圆即可。
  • 12.锅内加水大火烧开后将汤圆放入,煮到浮起来即可。
  • 13.舀出汤圆,再加两勺煮汤圆的水,就可以吃喽。记住汤圆不要包得大太,以免外皮煮散了,内芯还没熟。
