平时果果除了香蕉其它的水果一般都不怎么爱吃,可中医提醒果果胃寒不宜多吃香蕉,因为香蕉性寒。这对果果来说是件特别不开心的事。
没事的时候果果总要求我给他做这款香蕉玛芬来解馋,我也乐意做。一个是因为玛芬做起简单省事,二个我也很爱这浓郁的香蕉味与淡淡的奶香味,

  • 泡打粉5克

  • 1.香蕉去皮压成泥
  • 2.低筋粉泡打粉混合过筛
  • 3.鸡蛋打散加入油牛奶轻轻的搅拌均匀
  • 4.搅拌均匀后加入到压好的香蕉泥里搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入过筛过的粉,轻轻的搅拌均匀。切不可太过用力和长时间搅拌
  • 6.搅拌好的面糊装入玛芬杯,五六分满即可。我装得过满,家里的玛芬只剩下这四个了。

  • 8.烤箱中层170摄氏度,烤30分钟,烤至蛋糕上色,膨胀开裂即可。
