  • 玉米粒10克
  • 干红1勺
  • 茴香少许
  • 橄榄油1勺
  • 淀粉1勺
  • 披萨酱1.5勺
  • 马苏里拉奶酪碎100克
  • 1/2勺

Steps to make 鸡丁茴香披萨

  • 1.准备做披萨面饼的材料;
  • 2.将酵母溶于温牛奶中搅匀;
  • 3.高粉、糖和盐混合均匀,倒入融化的酵母水中搅匀;
  • 4.取出面团放在面板上,继续揉面;
  • 5.团成光滑的面团;
  • 6.在温暖处发酵至2倍大。
  • 7.准备辅料。
  • 8.鸡腿去皮、骨,洗净;
  • 9.切小丁,加盐、黑胡椒碎和干红搅拌均匀,倒入橄榄油拌匀;腌制30分钟;
  • 10.加入淀粉裹匀;
  • 11.平底锅倒入没过锅底的橄榄油,烧热后放入鸡丁,煎至两面金黄,滤油备用;
  • 12.将发酵好的面团取出,披萨盘刷油,将面饼放入摊开,用叉子扎眼儿;

  • 14.将洋葱切碎;茴香切小节;撒上一半奶酪碎;
  • 15.铺上鸡丁、玉米粒、洋葱碎;
  • 16.铺上茴香。
  • 17.最后铺上剩余的一半奶酪碎。将饼皮边缘刷油,烤箱210度预热后,放入披萨在烤箱的中层,10分钟即可。
