蔓越莓干,酸酸甜甜的,越吃越爱,又是一款把蔓越莓干揉进面粉里的面包,柔软的不行啊!

  • 干酵母5克
  • 黄油30克
  • 清水180克
  • 蔓越莓干20克
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 2克

Steps to make 蔓越莓排包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的所有材料按先液体后粉类的顺序投入面包机,启动一个和面程序。
  • 2.一个和面程序结束后,放入软化的黄油,再启动一个和面程序,此时已经达到扩展阶段,进行基础发酵。
  • 3.发酵至原来的2倍大,取出排气,分割成12等分,揉圆盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 4.取一面团,擀成长舌状。
  • 5.把一边擀薄。
  • 6.由厚的一边卷起,捏紧收口。
  • 7.同样方法做好其他的面团,放入铺了油纸的烤盘中。放温暖处进行二次发酵,发酵好后刷一层全蛋液。
  • 8.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火180度,20分钟。
  • 9.烤至表面呈金黄色即可。
  • 10.成品图。
