  • 吉利丁粉7g
  • 草莓2-3个

Steps to make 草莓西米布丁

  • 1.西米放入开水锅煮10分钟。(额外的水,不在材料里。)
  • 2.煮至西米还带小小白点,关火,闷10-15分钟直至完全透明。
  • 3.把西米过凉水备用。
  • 4.黑枸杞子放入白糖。(想象做出来带紫色,但效果不明显。)
  • 5.放300克开水泡出颜色,过滤备用。
  • 6.吉利丁粉放牛奶里泡发,然后隔热水融化。
  • 7.把吉利丁牛奶液倒入枸杞水里拌匀。
  • 8.布丁杯放入西米。
  • 9.倒入布丁液,拌一下,放冰箱冷藏2小时至凝固。(心急的话可冷冻10-15分钟.)
  • 10.草莓洗干净,切丁。
  • 11.把草莓丁放在布丁上,即可开吃了。
  • 12.非常滑嫩。
