山药鸡脚响螺汤

Steps to make 山药鸡脚响螺汤

  • 1.响螺头用水泡一下。
  • 2.猪骨出血水,洗去浮沫。
  • 3.鸡脚切去指甲,和响螺头一起飞水,洗净。
  • 4.响螺切小块。
  • 5.山药去皮切块。
  • 6.红枣去核。
  • 7.把以上材料放入电压力锅,注入水到10杯的刻度,按煲汤键开煮。
  • 8.煲好排气后,打开盖子,撇去肥油。
  • 9.枸杞子洗净。
  • 10.放入汤中,盖上盖子焖10分钟。(枸杞子不宜久煮,汤好后再放入焖10分钟即可。)
  • 11.汤好了。(响螺有咸味,不需再加盐)
  • 12.滋阴养颜。
