  • 1.紫薯洗干净去皮切块隔水整熟

  • 11.醒好的面团分20克一个。搓成橄榄球状态
  • 12.用擀面杖擀成牛舌状态 长度要和紫薯条长2里面。擀面杖最好用不粘的
  • 13.把紫薯条放在酥皮的一边 左右都可以。顺手就好。利用刮板推动下讲紫薯裹起来
  • 14.两边接触点轻轻捏合。两个边角也要捏合朝对向收
  • 15.接触点朝下放在铺好油纸的烤盘上。这个时候烤箱可以预热上下火180
  • 16.把预留的紫薯和一部分酥皮包起来
  • 17.用擀面杖擀成圆薄片
  • 18.用自己喜欢磨具扣出一朵小花
  • 19.直接放在做好的酥条一边上。搓点小剂子做花芯
  • 20.用牙签扎花芯
  • 21.烤箱预热好后 上下火中层烤20分钟。180温度不变
  • 22.出炉放凉即可食用了!
