柠香薄荷烤鱼
这好像是我第二次用烤箱烤鱼,一般情况下我还是比较习惯煎鱼,当然煎鱼的时候有个不好的地方就是油烟太大,整个房子都会充满了鱼腥味,那是因为这里的抽油烟机与国内的不一样,抽油烟功能对中式烹饪无法起到很好的作用。用烤箱烤鱼时间比较长,却少了那让股让人讨厌的油烟。

Steps to make 柠香薄荷烤鱼

  • 1.鱼处理好之后先洒上少许盐以及胡椒粉。
  • 2.把水分擦干之后放入烤盘,再涂上少许橄榄油。
  • 3.烤箱设置180度放入烤盘烤25分钟。
  • 4.期间烧热锅倒入少许橄榄油,放入洋葱炒片刻。
  • 5.然后倒入之前调好的酱汁。(柠檬汁、鱼露以及泰国酱汁混合)
  • 6.略煮片刻后加入薄荷。
  • 7.然后放入香菜与葱段。
  • 8.将烤盘取出,倒入煮好的酱汁。
  • 9.重新放入烤箱继续烤约二十分钟。
  • 10.在关掉烤箱之前加入九层塔,利用余热两三分钟。
  • 11.然后取出即可。
