    Steps to make 【东北】剁椒黄瓜拌木耳

    • 1.黄瓜先切一段一段,然后再切片放入大碗中。
    • 2.木耳提前泡发。
    • 3.煮锅烧热水下入木耳焯水,水开后煮约2、3分钟,然后过冷水。
    • 4.将木耳攥干水分放入黄瓜一起。
    • 5.加入少量盐,加入白糖、鸡精、生抽、陈醋、蒜末、剁椒。
    • 6.炒锅烧热到入植物油,加入少许花椒粒待爆出花椒的香味后,将花椒捡出。
    • 7.将热油浇在大碗中,搅拌均匀即可。
