Steps to make 面包机版葡萄干面包

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.面包机中一次加入温水、蛋液、糖、盐、面包粉、橄榄油;(糖和盐对角方)
  • 3.用筷子搅拌均匀;
  • 4.启动面包机甜面包程序;
  • 5.面团发酵至两倍大,面包程序剩余时间约1小时50分钟;
  • 6.将面团取出排气、擀开;
  • 7.铺上泡软的葡萄干和蔓越莓干;
  • 8.卷起来,放入面包机;
  • 9.继续发酵至两倍大,面包机自动进入烘烤阶段,面包程序剩余时间大约还有30分钟;
  • 10.打开面包机盖,刷上蛋液;
  • 11.快速撒上麦片,盒盖烘烤;
  • 12.烘烤结束,面包颜色很好;如果颜色不如意,可以再单独选择烘烤键,烘烤5分钟;
  • 13.装盘切片。
