银杏椰奶炖芋仔

Steps to make 银杏椰奶炖芋仔

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将芋头清洗干净,去皮。
  • 3.将山药清洗干净,去皮。
  • 4.芋头切厚片备用。
  • 5.将芋头,山药放入蒸锅蒸30分钟。
  • 6.取出山药切厚片。
  • 7.芋头切滚刀块。
  • 8.将生的银杏果放入水中煮20分钟,去皮备用。
  • 9.煮锅中加少量水,放入切好的芋头、上药、银杏果,生姜一片大火煮开。
  • 10.加入椰奶炖煮10分钟。
  • 11.加入淡奶炖煮5分钟。
  • 12.加入冰糖。
  • 13.准备新鲜的薄荷叶。
  • 14.将薄荷叶清洗干净,切碎备用。
  • 15.加入冰糖后再炖3分钟,将生姜捞出。
  • 16.最后撒上薄荷叶即可。
