Steps to make 柠檬饼干

  • 1.称量好所需食材,新鲜柠檬洗净,用果皮刀刮出表面黄色的柠檬皮,注意要把白色部分去除,否则口感会有苦涩味,柠檬去皮屑后对半切开,挤出柠檬汁,剔除柠檬籽;
  • 2. 黄油放在盆子里,盆子放在温水上面,黄油隔温水水软化后,把糖粉、盐倒入盆里。搅拌使糖粉和黄油混合均匀。黄油不需要打发。倒入柠檬汁、继续轻轻搅拌,使柠檬汁和黄油混合均匀;
  • 3.低筋面粉筛入搅拌好的黄油里;
  • 4.再倒入一小勺柠檬皮屑;
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀(没有橡皮刮刀,用木铲代替了)充分拌匀;
  • 6.面粉、柠檬皮屑和黄油拌成均匀的面团;
  • 7.把面团放在案板上,用手滚圆成一个直径5CM左右的圆柱形。把圆柱形面团用保鲜袋裹起来,放进冰箱冷冻1小时左右,直至把面团冻的坚硬;
  • 8.取出冻硬的面团,用刀切成薄片,排在烤盘上;
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,180度,中层,上下火,烤15分钟左右;
  • 10.饼干表面微金黄色即可出炉。
