鱼尾节瓜汤
草鱼尾巴,我喜欢用来滚汤,味道很鲜甜。现在日照时间长了,下了班没那么快回家,运动一下,打打球,跑跑步,可以减轻和放松下压力。回家的时间晚了,没多少时间可以煲汤,不过汤水又缺不了,于是乎,买些鱼或肉滚汤是不错的选择。节瓜夏天非常适合食用,可以消暑,广东人一般用来煮汤,今天用它煮鱼汤,味道也不错。有人以为节瓜是小的冬瓜,其实不是,味道和个头差异都很大,呵呵。

Steps to make 鱼尾节瓜汤

  • 1.材料:草鱼尾,节瓜。
  • 2.将草鱼尾去鳞洗净。
  • 3.将节瓜去皮,切厚片。
  • 4.起油锅,猛火将鱼尾煎至两面金黄。
  • 5.加入适量的水,烧开。
  • 6.将烧开的鱼尾连汤移至汤锅,放入节瓜,适量的姜,烧开后文火炖半小时。
  • 7.煮好的汤加入盐调味就可以了,喜欢也可以加点味精。
  • 8.好喝的汤来了。
