黄豆粗粮迷你汉堡
现在流行粗粮细吃,做驴打滚还剩下一点黄豆面,加到面粉里,做成粗粮汉堡,口感很不错,吃起来有点像全麦面包的口感,此配方做12个份量

  • 面包粉180克
  • 黄豆粉30克
  • 酸奶92克
  • 鸡蛋液48克
  • 白砂糖35克
  • 黄油15克
  • 酵母2.5克
  • 芝麻10克
  • 小番茄3个
  • 芝士片3片
  • 生菜2棵
  • 火腿肠200克
  • 沙拉酱50克

Steps to make 黄豆粗粮迷你汉堡

  • 1.主配方中所有材料按照先液体再粉末的顺序放入面包机里,选择发面程序48分钟
  • 2.和面结束,拉一个手套膜
  • 3.收圆面团,继续发酵20分钟
  • 4.面团发酵结束,大概是之前2倍的大小
  • 5.面团取出平均分成12份,排气滚圆,松弛5分钟
  • 6.把所有的面团全部放入模具里,进烤箱选择发酵30分钟
  • 7.面团取出在表面刷一层薄薄的蛋液,撒上适量的白芝麻(同时预热烤箱上火130度,下火170度)
  • 8.面团放入预热好的烤箱底部,上火130度,下火170度烤20分钟
  • 9.面包烤熟后取出脱模放凉
  • 10.准备好做汉堡的材料,生菜洗净待用
  • 11.番茄和火腿肠切薄片
  • 12.芝士片根据喜好随意切成想要的大小
  • 13.小面包根据喜好切成2-3块
  • 14.取一块面包挤上沙拉酱,放上生菜和火腿肠,再放上芝士片和番茄,最后盖上面包顶部
  • 15.多层汉堡随意搭配
