清新美味的面包-----香橙果酱软包

  • 黄油50克

Steps to make 清新美味的面包-----香橙果酱软包

  • 1.后油法将面团揉至扩展阶段。
  • 2.揉好的面团进行第一次发酵。
  • 3.发至2倍大。
  • 4.发好的面团取出来排气,松弛15分钟。再将面团分成均匀的12份,每份大约40克左右,整形揉圆。
  • 5.将整形好的面团放入烤箱,选择发酵功能,设定时间1个小时,面团发酵至2.5倍大。
  • 6.发好的面团取出来,刷上蛋液。
  • 7.再按十字挤上果酱,有些果酱流下来了。
  • 8.9、 放入预热好的烤箱烤制,看看烤箱里的面包,圆圆胖胖的,是不是很可爱。
