  • 1.青瓜洗净擦干放案板上。
  • 2.用刀背把它拍碎。不可太大力了,适中就好。

  • 4.把碎青瓜的子子挖掉,再切成适量大小的块状。
  • 5.放入碗中加少许盐腌它一下下,逼出水份。
  • 6.倒掉水后用厨房纸抹干。
  • 7.抹干的青瓜放进碗中。
  • 8.麻油+幼糖+盐+镇江香醋=酱汁(按自己的口味放或多或少滴调)
  • 9.倒入已调好的酱汁拌下下。
  • 10.放进冰箱里冰镇一下就可以开吃啦!
