  • 排骨500克
  • 土豆一个
  • 干木耳15克
  • 生姜一块
  • 花椒一小把
  • 大枣5个
  • 鱼丸500克
  • 娃娃菜500克
  • 粉丝100克
  • 干香菇30克
  • 大葱一段
  • 泡椒15个
  • 自制剁椒酱一勺
  • 枸杞20粒

Steps to make 家庭鸳鸯火锅

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.排骨冷水入锅焯水
  • 3.生姜切成片、大葱切成段
  • 4.鸳鸯锅辣汤和清汤分别加入适量水,分别放入泡发香菇、生姜、大葱、盐,清汤里再加入大枣、枸杞,开启电磁炉,烧开
  • 5.加入焯好水的排骨,辣汤和清汤里各加几块
  • 6.锅里加入适量油,加入自制剁椒酱、泡椒、花椒,炒香
  • 7.将辣料倒入辣汤里,中小火慢慢熬至排骨熟透
  • 8.鱼糕切成片,土豆去皮洗净切成厚片、娃娃菜和泡发木耳清洗干净
  • 9.芝麻酱加入适量盐,分次加入凉白开搅打均匀
  • 10.放入鱼糕、鱼丸,开始涮火锅啦
