  • 1.菠菜洗干净,拔根部清理干净。
  • 2.锅内水中加一勺咸盐,煮菠菜,煮熟即可。
  • 3.煮好的菠菜直凉白开中放凉。
  • 4.蒜用刀按破,加以点点咸盐,用擀面杖弄碎。
  • 5.弄成这样的泥就可以,蒜泥。
  • 6.姜切成很细小的姜碎。
  • 7.把刚才放凉的菠菜用手轻轻的握出水分,加鸡精,咸盐,姜碎开始搅拌。
  • 8.把松子放入一起搅拌。
  • 9.准备调制汁,咸盐,鸡精,白砂糖,醋。
  • 10.蒜末放在一个空碗的最下面。
  • 11.把拌好的菠菜扣在上面。
  • 12.把碗翻过来,就是这个样子了,再在点缀一点小米椒点缀。
  • 13.浇上汁,撒上白芝麻~~~大功告成
