  • 精盐半小勺
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 蚝油1小勺
  • 鸡精半小勺
  • 香麻油少许

  • 1.将蒜片辣椒葱剁碎,放进碗里调入精盐,生抽,鸡精,蚝油,香麻油加入高汤调匀备用
  • 2.汤锅加水煮开
  • 3.倒入洗净控干水分的金针菇煮3分钟左右
  • 4.用筛器把金针菇捞出控干水分
  • 5.将控干水分后的金针菇放入调味料里一起拌匀,再用一造型容器将所有拌好的金针菇放入,倒扣在盘子里就可以了~
