Steps to make 野芹菜春卷

  • 1.准备好春卷中的馅料: 水芹菜、冬笋和肉馅;
  • 2. 烧锅水,将冬笋放入锅中去焯煮一下;
  • 3. 肉馅中加入姜末、盐、胡椒粉和蚝油等调味料, 顺着一个方向搅拌上劲后腌制一下;
  • 4. 水芹菜切成细丁;
  • 5. 将水芹菜末和冬笋末放入容器中, 加入适量的盐拌均匀;
  • 6. 再将腌制好的肉馅加入,放入适量的香麻油,拌均匀, 这样水芹菜冬笋肉馅就拌好了;
  • 7. 将春卷皮平铺在干净的案板上, 将准备好的馅料放在春卷皮一端;
  • 8. 将包有馅料的一端向上卷起,快到底时将两边折叠, 再将另一端涂抹上面粉糊, 这样春卷就包好了;
  • 9. 锅中放适量的油,待油七成热时, 放入春卷, 中小火炸;
  • 10. 中间不停翻面, 直到春卷炸至金黄, 捞出来控油;
