  • 1.脱皮豌豆提前一晚泡好,脱皮豌豆淘宝上可以买到哈
  • 2.电饭锅加水开始煮豌豆,大约煮40分钟吧,煮到豆子软烂就可以了,然后倒入豆浆机,用果汁功能打成豌豆糊
  • 3.不粘锅洗净开火,放入豌豆泥慢慢炒制,期间加入白糖,白糖的量可以根据自己的喜好哈,不停翻炒,一定开小火哦,大约炒10分钟左右吧,炒到豌豆泥从铲子上大块脱落就可以了
  • 4.容器里刷一层花生油,防止黏连,把炒好的豌豆泥放入容器中,用铲子抹平,现在是冬天不用放冰箱冷藏,直接放在阳台,等它完全冷却就可以拿出切块了
  • 5.可以根据自己的喜好切成喜欢的形状,如果有模具可以借助模具,做成自己喜欢的样子哦
