简易红糖爆米花
周末孩子们在家,做了好些小吃。还专门为孩子们看电影做了二大份爆米花。为了让爆米花吃起来不那么油腻跟甜,我分别用了烘焙油及红糖来调味。红糖我也没有熬,是直接洒在表面得,这样子可有可无的红糖粉,让爆米花吃起来感觉很不错,下次我准再用芝麻粉来配,看会不会有其它的惊喜。 还要跟友友们分享一下,这段时间在体验新款复古空气炸烤箱,18升的大空间,立式设计,电子智控,让我们轻松制作无油或少油的低脂美点。还有就是配入了转笼,这真是太赞了,想要临时做点下酒菜,那真是分分钟的事情,有这转笼收纳,真是超好打理哦。

Steps to make 简易红糖爆米花

  • 1.备好能做爆米花的玉米粒,红糖,还有用上空气炸烤箱所配的转笼。
  • 2.将玉米粒先过一下清水,然后要控干表面水份。
  • 3.在玉米粒里加入适量的烘焙油或是玉米油,想要更香一点的就可以配入融化的黄油。
  • 4.将裹好油的玉米粒入空气炸烤箱所配的转笼里,有这个转笼,咱们要炸烤翻炒干果或是做爆米花真是太赞啦。
  • 5.然后选择好烹饪模式,提预热好之后,定温190度,定时15分钟即可。
  • 6.时间到,将转笼取下,倒出爆开的玉米粒。注意转笼烫手,要注意防护好
  • 7.趁热将红糖粉洒在表面就可以。
  • 8.这样子低温少糖的红糖爆米花完成。多吃几粒也不会感觉腻哦。
