双丝银鱼汤
银鱼一种很美味的小鱼。我对银鱼的认识来自《如懿传》里面海兰说的,要吃银鱼面。当时在想这是什么美味。朋友从外地出差送了一盒银鱼,简单得烧了一道汤。特别鲜美。

Steps to make 双丝银鱼汤

  • 1.银鱼干用清水浸泡半小时反复洗净。
  • 2.香菇切成片。茭白切成细丝。
  • 3.锅里放一点色拉油,放入香菇和茭白炒制耙软
  • 4.倒入适量清水。放入泡好的银鱼,大火煮沸。
  • 5.舀去上面的浮沫中火煮15分钟。
  • 6.转大火,放入适量的盐和鸡精。搅拌均匀。
  • 7.放入葱花。关火
  • 8.特别的清淡美味。
