  • 1.猪肉去皮,肥肉切掉榨油,瘦肉切片,用一勺酱油,少许盐和鸡精,少许淀粉拌匀。云南小瓜开两瓣切片。红辣椒切粗粒。干辣椒掰段。蒜头拍扁切碎。
  • 2.锅放少许油爆香辣椒段和蒜碎。
  • 3.再把肉片放下去炒散开。
  • 4.放红辣椒粒下去炒。
  • 5.把肉拨一边,放云南小瓜下去炒断青,再把肉炒匀,放少许盐和鸡精调味即可出锅。
